Shopper expertise built on 30 years of field experience

For over 30 years, Action Plus has been supporting players in the consumer goods industry in understanding purchasing behavior.

Our approach combines field observation, qualitative and quantitative studies, and strategic analyses to transform shopper insights into operational decisions.

Understanding actual purchasing behavior

We analyze in-store and online shopping journeys and behaviors to identify the factors that truly influence shoppers' decisions: department/site organization, in-store observation/online tracking, visibility, price, promotions, or innovations.

Innovative and complementary methods

In-store observation/online tracking, qualitative and/or quantitative studies, in-store or online merchandising tests, eye-tracking: our systems are adapted to the challenges of each study.

Transforming
insights into recommendations

The goal is not just to measure or understand, but to help our clients make decisions. Each study results in concrete and actionable recommendations.

At Action Plus, studies do not stop at results. Each analysis leads to concrete and actionable recommendations, both on the different category levers (merch, signage, assortment, promotion) as well as the product mix components (pack, price...): shelf organization, category strategy, merchandising optimization or prioritization of growth levers.

Each study concludes with operational recommendations that can be directly activated by the Category management and/or marketing teams.
